Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced store.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clean store.
• Organize backroom and replenish floor with proper tagging.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain labor law compliance and safety standards.
