• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded; communicate flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promote safety, labor law compliance, and loss-prevention programs.
• Support management on associate training needs and store priorities.
