Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring a smooth flow of goods and delivering a positive customer experience. You will train Associates, tag and hang merchandise, organize backstock, and maintain signage while upholding safety and store policies.

The role offers nights and weekend shifts with opportunities to grow within a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures Associates process efficiently.
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
• Maintains signage standards and supports safety programs.
• Communicates priorities and progress with management and Associates.
