HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a dedicated retail team member in Morton Grove, IL. You will help execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure a positive customer experience, and maintain organized back stock and store presentation.

You will train Associates, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and contribute to safety and shrink reduction goals while upholding policies and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team oriented and able to train others
• Capable of lifting heavy objects as needed
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure a positive customer experience through service and store cleanliness
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and placement of merchandise
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles
• Coordinate with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety practices
