Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and signage standards.
• Maintains safety and adheres to policies and procedures.
