You will track timelines, manage assets with the Art Department, issue POs, and maintain accurate records while collaborating across sales, logistics, and finance to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in product coordination or merchandise operations.
• Experience in apparel production or promotional product environments is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Product Development & Timeline Tracking: manage the product lifecycle from design to final delivery.
• Vendor & Sourcing Coordination: liaise with global vendors, issue POs, track production dates.
• Client Services & Communication: maintain clear updates with clients, managers, and sales teams.
• Logistics, Data, & Order Administration: keep records, generate invoices, coordinate shipping and VAT/tax.
