A to Z Media is seeking a detail-oriented Apparel & Promotional Product Development Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our merchandise department, executing and tracking product development, logistics, and vendor coordination for a diverse roster of music and brand clients.

This role focuses on seamless execution from start to delivery, and is suited to a proactive, highly organized individual who thrives on cross‑functional collaboration, precise timeline

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in product coordination, apparel production, account-management, or merchandise operations
• Direct experience in apparel, promotional products, or music merchandise environment is highly preferred
• Proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with executives and creative teams
• Comfort with dynamic environments and proactive problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Product Development & Timeline Tracking: manage the day-to-day product lifecycle and generate weekly status reports
• Vendor & Sourcing Coordination: liaise with global vendors, issue accurate POs, monitor vendor portals
• Client Services & Communication: maintain regular communication with clients, managers, and sales teams
• Logistics, Data, & Order Administration: maintain records of milestones and shipping details, generate invoices
• Quality control: monitor pre-production samples and coordinate approvals
• Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: coordinate incoming shipments, counts, and reworks
