Job summary

Twelve NYC is seeking a creative Graphic or Multi-Disciplinary Designer to join the Retail Product team in New York. You will design products in beauty, lifestyle, and accessories, collaborating with top-tier global brands to reflect brand standards and market trends.

Role requires strong layout and visual storytelling, with expert Adobe Creative Cloud skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Hybrid work environment and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of design experience, in-house or agency preferred.
• Strong skills in creating commercially successful designs across mass-market to luxury.
• Extensive Adobe Creative Cloud experience: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Excellent layout design skills for client-facing decks.
• Pantone colour system proficiency.
• Understanding of product development budgets and materials is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Art Director and Creative + Development Team to produce renderings, presentations, and artwork.
• Conceptualize designs aligned with client branding, market trends, and preferences.
• Ensure brand consistency by following client guidelines.
• Own design projects from concept to completion, maintaining high design standards.
• Balance priorities and meet deadlines, communicating with stakeholders.
• Collaborate and also work independently on multiple projects.
