Marshalls Beaumont at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will ring up purchases, stock merch, and maintain a clean store while supporting loss prevention and safety standards.

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential. Retail experience is a plus; flexible hours and growth opportunities within the TJX family are available.

Responsibilities

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains and upholds merchandising and floor procedures and standards
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety standards
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs
• Assists in providing recognition and feedback to teammates
