Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support the Associate/Assistant Buyer and Buyer across channels, helping to develop merchandising strategies and ensure operational excellence season to season.

This role is onsite Monday through Thursday with a remote option on Friday. A BA/BS or equivalent experience is preferred, with merchandising experience and MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word/PowerPoint). Travel may be required; starting pay is $26–$29 per hour.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Merchandising preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint); ability to create pivot tables and experience with advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP a plus

Responsibilities

• Own sample management – communicating and partnering with our photo and warehouse teams to track sample positions
• Work in Merchandise Buyer systems to set up and maintain all SKUs
• Enter and maintain all price/cost changes for relevant categories
• Prepare reporting as directed and assist Assistant Buyers with business opportunities
• Maintaining data accuracy and integrity
