ANIME Impulse, part of the IMPULSE Universe family, seeks a Merchandise B2B Sales & Distribution Manager to drive wholesale expansion and push exclusive product lines into new channels. This role demands a strategic hunter who will build relationships with large retailers and international partners.

You will own the distribution pipeline, manage key commercial accounts, and negotiate high‑value agreements, coordinating with IP Licensing, Design, Sourcing, and Marketing to ensure launches move

Qualifications

• 5+ years wholesale, consumer goods, toys, collectibles, licensing, or retail sales.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven forecasting.
• Passion for anime/gaming culture.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new wholesale distributors and retailers.
• Manage distribution accounts across territories.
• Lead pricing, terms, and contract negotiations for agreements.
• Forecast sales and track sell-through; own targets.
• Coordinate launches with IP Licensing, Design, Sourcing, and Marketing.
