Job summary

IMPULSE UNIVERSE is seeking a Merchandise Distribution Specialist for ANIME Impulse to own the lifecycle of our product distribution. You will plan, coordinate, and execute distribution strategies online and offline, handling a high-volume pipeline with 100k+ SKUs annually and serving as a bridge between design, sourcing, and marketing.

You will drive offline partner relations, online inventory health, and fulfillment, while collaborating with merchandising and marketing to maximize sales

Qualifications

• Experience in retail distribution, wholesale, or ecommerce operations with high SKU volumes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for negotiating with internal teams and external partners.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute omnichannel distribution strategies across offline and online channels.
• Coordinate with design, sourcing, and marketing to align production with distributor demand.
• Oversee high-volume inventory allocations across events, ecommerce, and wholesale channels.
• Manage fulfillment, shipping logistics, and post-event inventory reconciliation.
