Job summary

Legends Global Merchandise is seeking a Merchandise Associate to create a legendary game-day retail experience on-site at Oklahoma Thunder events. You will engage fans, manage merchandise displays, process sales, and help maintain an inviting shop atmosphere.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and enthusiasm for sports retail. Training is provided, and employees will support event-specific operations across venues.

Qualifications

• Retail / Customer Service experience is recommended with additional training provided prior to the start of the event.
• Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule during event dates.
• Outgoing personality, love to sell, and enjoy teamwork with fans.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun and professional environment for team members and fans
• Proactively greet and assist all customers entering the location
• Uphold Legends standards and policies
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures
• Assist as directed by your supervisor to ensure that the location is neat, organized, and fully stocked for events
• Assist the Gift Shop setup team with merchandising, plan-o-grams, inventory control, and shop fixtures

THE ROLE

Merchandise Associate

Our retail employees are responsible for creating the ultimate game day experience for the fan. Our number one priority is to provide fans with a legendary experience each time they enter the store. We strive to create an environment unlike any other sporting event world-wide. We go above and beyond to exceed their expectations in customer service, display of merchandise, and attention to detail. Essential Functions

• Provide a fun and professional environment for team members and fans
• Proactively greet and assist all customers entering the location
• Uphold Legends standards and policies
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures; welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and venue performance
• Assist as directed by your supervisor to ensure that your assigned location is neat, organized, clean and fully stocked for all events and set up
• Assist the Gift Shop set‑up team with the merchandising of event gift shops including plan‑o-grams, merchandise placement, inventory control, cleaning of shops & fixtures

• Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule without any other commitments during the dates of the event.
