Job summary

LEGENDS MAINGATE, LLC at Indiana University Bloomington is seeking a friendly Gift Shop associate to greet guests, describe merchandise, and drive sales during events. You will maintain stock, assist in inventory, and ensure accurate plan‑o‑gram execution in a fast-paced arena setting.

The role requires weekend and overtime availability, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. On-site at IU Bloomington with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Honesty and integrity in all actions and language.

• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience in a comparable company.
• Accuracy in open & close procedures.

• Innovative & self‑starter, who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to read & implement plan‑o‑grams.

• Maintain inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts.
• Assist in inventory.
• Continuously increase knowledge of product and facility.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Must be able to read & implement plan‑o‑grams.
• Assist the Gift Shop set‑up team with event gift shop merchandising, including plan‑o‑grams, merchandise placement, inventory control, and cleaning of shops & fixtures.
• Merchandising skills a plus.
