Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a skilled retail leader for the stadium pro-shop and related outlets. You will oversee game day concourse and daily retail operations, ensuring product levels, inventory accuracy, and outstanding customer service.

The role requires collaboration with multiple teams to deliver a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for game day concourse and daily retail operations.
• Adhere to all security and safety procedures.
• Manage store sets and product levels in main/pro-shop and auxiliary store.
• Lead month-end inventories and implement inventory controls.
• Coordinate setup, takedown, and logistics of product movement.
• Staffing coordination for game day and non-game day needs.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, sales, and promotions; handle payments and exchanges policies.
• Train and coach new associates on daily tasks.
• Create SOP documents to improve overall operation.
• Data-driven reporting on sales, labor, and product performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accountable for game day concourse and daily retail operations

• Adhere to all security, control and safety procedures set by Sofi stadium officials

• Responsible for store sets and product levels in the main pro-shop/auxiliary store, detail oriented

• Responsible for facilitation and counting of month end physical inventories

• Manage set-up, take down and logistical components of product movement

• Responsible for facilitation on game day and non-game day staffing needs

• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming merchandise, sales and promotions, policiesregardingpayment and exchanges

• Train/coach new associatesin regard todaily tasks

• Creation of SOP’s documents toassistwith the overall operation

• Data driven, reporting sales, labor tracking, new productperformanceand top/bottom sellers

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment

• Complete other duties as assigned by the General Manager of Merchandise

• Supervisory Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilitiesin accordance withall Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

• 3-5 years of retail experience, leading others in a retail environmentrequired

• Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships
