Legends at Tennis Paradise Shops is hiring retail staff to create an exciting game-day experience for fans. You will greet guests, make sales recommendations, process transactions, and keep the store well-stocked with merchandise during events.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong customer service, and ability to work overtime on event days. Ideal candidates will have high school completion, stand for long periods, and be willing to work 20–30+ hours weekly in a fast-paced environment that

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base
• Greet guests & ascertain their interest, so you may make sales recommendations. This includes at the exit and Fitting rooms around the shop
• Excellent accuracy when using POS systems
• Demonstrate ownership in cleaning, re-stocking, & any other tasks assigned by supervisor
• Present merchandise to increase sale with add on items
• Must be able to describe merchandise features, benefits, and explain use
• Keep current on promotions & sales in store
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Must be able to read & implement plan-o-grams

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Be willing to work extended hours on event days
• Must be able to work weekends & overtime as needed
• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience in comparable company
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Innovative & self- starter, who can work independently and as part of a team
• 20-30+ hours weekly

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.

Paid hourly plus overtime – Standard Rate: $18.00

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: On site at Tennis Paradise Shops
