Job Description: Retail Associate at Sierra

Position Overview:

As a Retail Associate, you will focus on delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting operational standards. You may be cross-trained to support various store functions to meet business needs.

1. Provide excellent customer service and embody customer experience principles
2. Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
3. Accurately process transactions and promote credit and loyalty programs
4. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
5. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization
6. Adhere to safety, labor laws, and loss prevention policies
7. Assist in achieving shrink reduction and safety goals
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Starting Pay Range: $16.35 - $16.85 per hour, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
