Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Supports operational standards, merchandise presentation, and loss prevention. May be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Process customer purchases and returns accurately, including counting change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization
• Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction initiatives
• Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness
• Perform other duties as assigned
