Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Merchandise Assistant for Anthropologie to support the daily operations of the Functional Décor buying team, managing product flow, sample requests, and data across web, catalog, and internal systems.

You will collaborate with the Buyer and cross‑functional partners, maintain web turnover, coordinate sample management, and assist with weekly analyses and reporting using Excel and other tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with merchandising data and sample coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own product management tasks including web turnover and SKU tracking.
• Manage sample requests and vendor communications.
• Maintain item photography and development images across systems.
• Support product development through sample management.
• Communicate changes to cross-functional teams promptly.
