Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Participating in hiring, training, and developing store associates as delegated.
• Performing all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Handling opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing all company assets, including store cash.
• Adhering to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keeping all store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Assuming supervisory responsibilities for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Assisting with receipt and return of DSD merchandise following VIP and DSD policies.
• Managing freight flow and maintaining stockroom organization.
• Helping ensure the sales floor is sales-effective daily.
• Planning, merchandising, and maintaining Clip Strips and Power Panels with sales-effective items.
• Supporting monthly Sales Planners.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
