Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates as delegated.
• Assisting with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Helping to protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhering to safety policies and maintaining a professional environment.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom and sales floor.
• Taking supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Assisting with merchandise receipt, return, and freight flow management.
• Meeting productivity standards and assisting with merchandise ordering and stocking.
• Ensuring the sales floor is effective and well-merchandised daily.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferred prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-energy team environment.
