Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Helping to protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhering to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensuring the store and stockroom meet company standards, including recovery.
• Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives related to store activities.
• Managing freight flow and merchandise stocking, including refrigerated items.
• Maintaining stockroom organization and ensuring sales floor effectiveness.
• Planning and maintaining merchandising displays and sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
