Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates
• Performing all store functions and daily activities as directed
• Managing store assets and cash security in the absence of the Store Manager
• Ensuring adherence to policies, safety guidelines, and maintaining a professional environment
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom and sales floor
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent
• Processing corporate directives and store communications
• Managing freight flow, merchandise receipt, and returns
• Meeting productivity standards and assisting with merchandise ordering and stocking
• Planning and maintaining sales-effective displays and merchandise layouts

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50lbs
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team environment
