Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates
• Performing store functions and daily activities as directed
• Managing store assets and ensuring safety policies are followed
• Maintaining a professional environment and store standards
• Supervising hourly associates in the absence of the Store Manager
• Processing corporate directives and communications
• Managing freight flow and stock organization
• Assisting with ordering, stocking, and merchandising to meet sales goals
• Planning and implementing sales strategies and store layouts

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
