Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising, freight processing, and store operations as directed by the Store Manager
• Participating in hiring, training, and developing store staff
• Performing all opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Protecting company assets and ensuring safety policies are followed
• Maintaining a professional environment for customers and staff
• Managing store areas to company standards, including stockroom and sales floor
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present
• Processing corporate directives and store communications
• Managing freight flow and merchandise stocking, including frozen and refrigerated items
• Maintaining stockroom organization and ensuring sales floor effectiveness
• Planning and implementing merchandising strategies and sales plans

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-energy environment
