Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Support hiring, training, and development of store associates as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensure all store areas meet company standards, including stockroom and sales floor.
• Provide supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Assist with receipt and return of merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Manage freight flow and maintain stockroom organization.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Assist with ordering and stocking merchandise, including refrigerated items.
• Maintain sales-effective displays and plan monthly sales initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
