Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
- Participating in hiring, training, and developing store associates as delegated.
- Supporting all store functions and daily activities.
- Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Protecting and securing store assets, including cash.
- Adhering to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
- Keeping all store areas organized and clean to company standards.
- Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
- Processing directives related to store activities and merchandise management.
- Supporting merchandise receipt, return, and freight flow management.
- Meeting productivity standards and assisting with stock management and merchandising.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Prior retail and management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
