Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Follow all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers, employees, and supervisors.
• Keep all store areas, including the stockroom and sales floor, organized and clean to company standards.
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly associates.
• Process all corporate directives and store communications.
• Assist with receiving and returning merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Manage freight flow in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Assist in ordering, stocking, and maintaining merchandise, including frozen and refrigerated items.
• Ensure the sales floor is effective daily, and plan merchandising strategies like Clip Strips and Power Panels.
• Help plan and execute monthly Sales Planners.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Preferably prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
