Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a senior merchandise financial planning leader in a hybrid West Chester, PA-based role. You will spearhead open-to-buy reporting, forecasting, and planning model development for QVC and HSН merchandising teams, while building a strong planning function across inventory and trend analysis.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and Commerce to translate business needs into actionable plans and insights, and you will help implement a new Anaplan-based

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in merchandise financial planning, open to buy, inventory forecasting, or related retail planning.
• Experience leading teams and building strong cross-functional relationships with merchandising, operations, and finance.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, including experience with Anaplan or similar planning systems.
• Experience using trend analysis and variance reporting to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Retail and finance experience with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead OTB reporting, budget processes, modeling, and forecasting for merchandising teams.
• Develop and mentor a team responsible for inventory, receipt, and trend analysis.
• Partner with Merchandising, Commerce, Operations, and Finance to translate business needs into plans and insights.
• Oversee variance analysis, identify issues, and guide actions to improve forecast accuracy and inventory outcomes.
• Support implementation of a new OTB planning model in Anaplan and ongoing process automation.
