Job summary

QVC Group in West Chester, PA seeks a Merchandise Planner to drive on-air sales, portfolio productivity, and category performance. You will analyze sales, margin, inventory, returns, and trends to guide reorder decisions and promotional opportunities across channels.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in merchandise or related retail planning, with a data-driven mindset and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in PA several days per month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in merchandise planning, assortment planning, inventory planning, or a related retail planning role.
• Data-driven approach to improve sales, inventory productivity, and margin.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, analytics, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive on-air sales and category productivity for assigned businesses.
• Script assigned shows across channels in line with scripting and productivity guidelines.
• Analyze show, item, and category performance and recommend actions based on sales, margin, returns, and trends.
• Partner across planning teams and channels to align inventory and selling strategies.
• Identify and execute reorders to support sales opportunities and future item development.
• Participate in seasonal, quarterly, and assortment planning for assigned categories.
• Identify and act on promotional opportunities, including Flex Pay, shipping offers, and sale pricing.
• Price products, manage markdowns, and deliver category margin to plan.
• Monitor programming and advise on adjustments across channels to improve performance.
