Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Director-level Merchandise Financial Planning leader in West Chester, PA. The role requires guiding open-to-buy strategy, forecasting, and model development for merchandising teams, partnering with Merchandising, Operations, and Finance.

You will build and mentor a team, improve inventory forecasting, and support modernization of planning capabilities, including an Anaplan rollout. Hybrid onsite work is required in PA several days monthly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in merchandise financial planning or related retail planning.
• Experience leading teams with cross-functional collaboration across merchandising, operations, and finance.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with experience in Anaplan or similar systems.
• Experience using trend analysis and variance reporting to improve forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead OTB reporting, budgeting, modeling and forecasting for merchandising teams.
• Develop a team responsible for inventory, receipt and trend analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into plans.
• Oversee variance analysis and reporting to improve forecast and inventory outcomes.
• Help implement a new OTB planning model in Anaplan and support automation.
