Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ Service Technician experience required.
• Mercedes-Benz Service Technician experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and complete technical training programs.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair or service job from dispatcher or advisor and assess scope of work.
• Perform diagnosis and report required work to management for authorization.
• Review vehicle history and factory bulletins relevant to the make/model.
• Document notes on work orders and parts for authorization and parts requests.
• Complete authorized repairs and ensure proper testing and roadworthiness.
