Euro Motorcars Devon is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our Mercedes-Benz service team. This role offers the chance to work on premier luxury vehicles with factory training and opportunities for career growth.

Our busy service department provides a progressive pay plan based on production, paid training, benefits including health insurance, vacation, and ongoing manufacturer training in a professional, high‑performing shop.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience required.
• Mercedes-Benz, European brand, or dealership experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and repair work.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow repair instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to exercise good judgment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and non‑warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• Complete work accurately, cleanly, honestly, and on time
• Communicate repair findings clearly and professionally
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through strong work habits and ethics
• Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures
• Work as part of a team‑focused service department
