• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance to high quality standards.
• Complete warranty, maintenance, and repair work per guidelines.
• Conduct thorough inspections and identify additional service needs.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate repair status and recommendations to service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs.
• Collaborate with technicians, advisors, parts staff, and management.
