Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic equipment and testing procedures.
• Perform repairs and maintenance to high quality standards.
• Complete warranty, maintenance, and repair work per Mercedes-Benz and dealership guidelines.
• Conduct thorough inspections and identify additional service needs.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate repair status and recommendations to service advisors and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and certifications.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals.
