Job summary

i.g. Burton Mercedes-Benz of Milford is seeking skilled Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain Mercedes-Benz vehicles and provide exceptional ownership experiences.

The team-based dealership supports ongoing training, advanced diagnostics, and career advancement opportunities in a fast-paced shop environment. Experience with Mercedes-Benz is a plus but not required; ASE certifications are considered a bonus and a valid driver's license with a clean record is required.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair and diagnostic experience
• Mercedes-Benz experience preferred but not required
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic equipment and testing procedures
• Perform repairs and maintenance to MB standards
• Complete warranty, maintenance, and repair work per MB and dealership guidelines
• Conduct inspections and identify additional service needs
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and customer satisfaction
• Communicate repair status and recommendations to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment
• Participate in ongoing technical training and manufacturer certification programs
• Collaborate with technicians, advisors, parts personnel, and management
