You will greet guests, guide them through check-in, direct to service advisors, manage drive traffic, offer amenities, and maintain a clean, welcoming reception. This role requires a professional appearance and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or dealership experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury brand.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience with a valid license.

The Service Greeter ensures every guest is welcomed promptly, assisted efficiently, and directed appropriately, creating a seamless and professional service visit.
