Responsibilities

• Greet all service customers promptly with a warm, professional, and courteous demeanor.
• Act as the initial point of contact and guide customers through the service check-in process.
• Assist with directing customers to service advisors or appropriate personnel.
• Manage service drive traffic flow to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Offer amenities such as refreshments, shuttle services, or waiting lounge information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive and reception area.
• Communicate customer arrivals and special needs to service advisors.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support appointment coordination and verify customer information when needed.
