Job summary

Euro Motorcars Devon is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to support technicians, service advisors, and customers. You will identify parts, manage quotes and orders, and help keep repairs moving with accurate pricing and timely fulfillment.

This role requires automotive parts experience, comfort with electronic catalogs, and a detail‑oriented, team‑driven mindset. Mercedes-Benz or luxury dealership exposure is a plus, with opportunities for growth and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts or service departments at a dealership.
• Experience with luxury brands (Mercedes-Benz or similar) is a plus.
• Proficient with electronic catalogs and dealership computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing parts numbers, pricing and invoices.
• Ability to prioritize requests and maintain accuracy in a busy environment.
• Clear communication and dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Accurate parts identification using catalogs, vehicle data, and repair estimates.
• Manage quotes, orders, invoicing, and fulfillment with accuracy.
• Support technicians and service advisors to keep repairs moving.
• Foster professional relationships with retail customers, wholesale accounts, and collision repair facilities.
• Proactive communication on availability, backorders, delivery timing, and order status.
• Source unavailable parts and coordinate urgent orders with Parts Manager.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with weekly bin checks and organized locations.
• Pull and prepare parts for shipment, delivery, or pickup with verification.
• Process retail payments and obtain required credit authorizations.
• Contribute to a department built on accountability and teamwork.
