Mercedes-Benz of Loveland is seeking a Parts Sales Associate to oversee the parts sales process from start to finish and assist customers in selecting the right parts. You will pull and fill orders, locate non-stock items with the parts manager, and handle special order requests while maintaining professional communication with customers and staff.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience in auto parts sales preferred, and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Assist all customers (retail and internal) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
• Complete special order part request for the customer.
• Communicate with customer on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
• Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
• Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
