Qualifications

• Mercedes-Benz certifications or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in automotive technology is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per repair order and dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about needed services and time estimates.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete tasks promptly.
• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.

• $35 – $45+ per flat‑rate hour based on experience and skill level
• Up to $10,000 sign‑on / relocation bonus based on Mercedes experience and skill level

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
• Test‑drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems—including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if additional service is needed, providing an estimate of time required
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations

Requirements

• Mercedes‑Benz certifications / experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two‑year college degree in vehicle maintenance or automotive technology preferred but not required
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to submit to a drug screen & background check
