Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Loveland is seeking a parts sales associate to manage the full parts sales process, assist customers in selecting the right parts, and coordinate orders from stock. You will work with the parts manager to locate missing items and handle special orders, while maintaining clear communication with customers and staff.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, enjoy a fast-paced setting, and bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and

• Experience in auto parts sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Assist all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock; work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
• Complete special order part request for the customer; communicate status to customer.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
• Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
• Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
