Novo Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to manage and coordinate MEPF systems across Bay Area projects.

You will ensure proper coordination, installation, and adherence to project specs and client standards. The role requires a strong understanding of MEP building systems, construction methods, and experience reviewing plans, coordinating subcontractors, and supporting budgets and schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience in 2D clash coordination.
• Knowledge of Building Monitoring Systems (BMS) and MEP methods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls designs with project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals for constructability and accuracy.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and BIM clash detection.
• Ensure MEP installations meet project specs and safety standards.
• Support project budgets and scheduling through coordination efforts.
• Read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and guidelines.
• Assist with field modifications and issue resolution.
