Job summary

Verdex Construction is seeking an MEP Superintendent to join our Operations team in Miami. You will oversee MEP construction activities, coordinate with the Project Manager and General Superintendent, and ensure work meets specifications, budget, and schedule.

You will lead design professionals and subcontractors, manage field safety, inspect workmanship, and drive approvals of MEP submittals to achieve on-time project closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP construction on large projects.
• Ability to coordinate with design teams and subs.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of coordinated MEP documents for installation.
• Coordinate conditions of work and project logistics.
• Collaborate with utility providers for service connections and startups.
• Review and approve MEP submittals.
• Achieve jurisdictional inspections and oversee elevator processes.
• Ensure safety standards on site and enforce corrective actions.
