The MEP Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area, responsible for overseeing field execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on commercial and industrial projects. This role coordinates daily site activities, supervises subcontractors and field crews, and ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The MEP Superintendent collaborates closely with project management and design teams to resolve technical issues, sequence work, and manage inspections. Typical responsibilities include monitoring construction safety practices, tracking material deliveries, documenting progress, and supporting budgeting and cost control efforts. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, reporting site status, and driving continuous improvement in installation methods and efficiency.
