Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Superintendent for Mechanical-Electrical work on a major project in Austin, TX. You will lead subcontractors, manage safety and quality, and ensure alignment of MEP activities with contract docs and schedule.

You will oversee field engineers, interns, and craft labor, coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and deliver the project on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years engineering/architectural experience; 6+ years ME/EP construction experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to read contract documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate the work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and owners on field issues and resolve them.
