Manhattan Construction Company seeks an MEP Superintendent to lead field operations on assigned projects, overseeing mechanical and electrical work with emphasis on safety, schedule, and client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CM, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8 years of trade contractor experience in a superintendent role (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force.
• Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project Manager.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients (Owner/Architect/Engineer).
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan with Project Manager.
• Manage quality program.
• Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts.
• Monitor costs, including labor time and material.
• Ensure an Injury-Free Environment.
• Manage schedules and attend project/ subcontractor meetings.
