Mortenson is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to review, analyze, and resolve field coordination issues with project teams. You will coordinate MEP scopes, review drawings for constructability, and align plans with design engineers to keep the project on schedule.

Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever‑changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with an elevated level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success.
The base pay range for this role is \$111,400 MIN - \$167,100 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%; Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%; Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
