Job summary

Carolina Search Group in Greenville, SC seeks a full-time MEP Superintendent with a Mechanical Engineering background to oversee HVAC building systems and related electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes.

The candidate will articulate the scope to trade contractors in writing and verbally, with proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience with HVAC contractors or GCs with HVAC focus is preferred, along with a degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working for HVAC contractors or GCs with HVAC focus.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HVAC/MEP construction activities on-site.
• Communicate scope to trade contractors in writing and orally.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
