Job summary

A growing mechanical contractor is looking for an MEP Project Superintendent specializing in Commercial HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. This role requires over 5 years of experience and involves leading on-site execution and coordination across various trades. Candidates should have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of MEP work sequencing. The position is based in the Lowcountry region, with local travel necessary. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in commercial HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical construction.
• Clear communication skills with GCs, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of MEP sequencing and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical work on-site.
• Act as the primary on-site liaison between Aptus trades and the General Contractor.
• Manage daily and weekly jobsite activities to meet GC schedules.
